Space Exploration

Space exploration refers to the investigation and study of outer space through the use of manned and unmanned spacecraft. This endeavor encompasses a wide range of activities, including the development of technology to send probes, satellites, and human crews beyond Earth’s atmosphere. The goals of space exploration include understanding the fundamental nature of the universe, studying celestial bodies such as planets, moons, asteroids, and comets, and searching for signs of life beyond Earth. It also aims to gather information that can benefit life on Earth, such as advancements in materials, communication technologies, and insights into planetary processes. Space exploration can involve missions to the Moon, Mars, and other destinations in the solar system, as well as more distant objectives like exploring the outer planets and their moons, or even exoplanets in other star systems. It is conducted by various space agencies and organizations around the world, notably NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration), ESA (European Space Agency), and private companies.
